The DCEO application portal closed at 11:59pm on May 10, 2023 and is no longer accepting submissions.
Whether you submitted an application or not, we appreciate you coming through our help desk or attending one of our informational webinars! If you weren't included in the eligibility guidelines for this recovery funding, know that Arts Alliance is here to continue to fight for resources and more funding just like this for the creative and cultural community in Illinois.
If you submitted an application to B2B Arts, what we understand from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is that:
- To access the status of your application, log in to DCEO's portal here
- DCEO is currently conducting a second review of applications which is still ongoing. While DCEO is providing periodic email updates to B2B applicants, you are encouraged to reach out to our help desk for updates and information as well.
- At the conclusion of DCEO's second review of applications, all B2B applicants will receive a new eligibility status notification at the email address associated with their application from notifications@email.submittable.com. Add this email address to your contacts to ensure messages do not go to spam.
- Applications that are rejected after the second review will see in their email notification a list of specific reasons for the rejection and instructions for how to appeal.
- After eligibility status notifications are sent, there will be a two-week appeal window. Our help desk will be available to you through the end of that appeals process.
- We expect DCEO will notify applications of their grant awards no earlier than August, but possibly even later, depending on the timeline of their second application review.
