B2B Arts Application Appeals: Tips from the Help Desk for support

Modified on Wed, 02 Aug 2023 at 12:05 PM

If you received a message that declined or rejected your application and you wish to appeal, please submit a ticket to our help desk with the following:

  1. A copy of your application submission.

  2. Documents that pertain to the rejection reason such as tax forms.

  3. Anything else you can share to help us assist with your appeal.

DCEO is planning a new appeals window for any declined or rejected applications after their second review. We have not received a specific timeline for the appeals window but we do know it will be a two week process with the goal to conclude it before the end of September (subject to change).

Finally, while there’s no guarantee a given appeal will be successful, we want to reiterate that we’re committed to helping everyone who is interested submit one. The Alliance is working to gather necessary information from DCEO and the applicant pool that will help us help you. With two weeks to get appeals in, and the more information you can share, the more equipped we’ll be to help everyone.

Once the appeals process begins, we ask for patience with our Help Desk team if it takes a little extra time for us to reply given the time needed to gather and review submission and decline information from applicants in order to provide the best support.
